Any SHIFT sent ABOVE the MAXIMUM will AUTOMATICALLY require HUMAN REVIEW - will determine whether to PROCESS or REFUND your shift. This usually takes a short time, however it can sometimes take several hours depending on the coin and amount.

Users can request a REFUND prior to their SHIFT being processed and will return any SHIFT deposit made, provided it has not already been reserved for settlement.
