Every shift order has a maximum deposit amount. To ensure automatic processing, deposits must fall within the specified deposit range. The maximum deposit amount is displayed on the order page.

Will my deposit be refunded or processed?

​Deposits exceeding the maximum amount require manual review to determine whether they will be processed or refunded. This review typically takes a short time but may extend to several hours, depending on the coin and amount.

Users can request a refund before their shift is processed, provided it has not already been settled.
