Every shift order has a MAXIMUM deposit amount. In order for shifts to be processed automatically, users must make a deposit within the DEPOSIT RANGE.

SideShift.ai displays the maximum deposit amount on the order page:

Will my deposit be refunded or processed?

Any deposit sent above the maximum amount will require a HUMAN REVIEW. We will determine whether to process or refund your shift. This usually takes a short amount of time, however it may sometimes take several hours depending on the coin and amount.

Users can request a REFUND prior to their shift being processed and we will issue it, provided it has not already been settled.
