My deposit was rejected as it exceeded the maximum shift size, why?

SideShift.ai has a MAXIMUM amount that can be SENT for a SHIFT to be immediately PROCESSED by SideShift.ai:

Any SHIFT sent ABOVE the MAXIMUM will AUTOMATICALLY require HUMAN REVIEW - SideShift.ai will determine whether to PROCESS or REFUND your shift. This usually takes a short time, however it can sometimes take several hours depending on the coin and amount.

Users can request a REFUND prior to their SHIFT being processed and SideShift.ai will return any SHIFT deposit made, provided it has not already been reserved for settlement.
